It’s a great drone if you want something to take fast selfies on the go. The biggest selling point for the Hover Camera is the compact cage design. All four propellers are fully protected, making it great for indoor flying, where you’ll find lots of obstacles like walls, people, pets, and who knows what else! The cages are a great feature, but what’s equally as nice is the folding design. When you’re done flying, the Hover Camera can fold up into small black rectangle, allowing you to easily fit it in all kinds of bags and cases.

You can read our full review here for more detail, but here’s the gist of things: the Altair Aerial AA108 is the best drone for anyone who’s just getting started, and an excellent choice for more experienced fliers as well. It’s incredibly durable – something that’s very important for anyone who’s just getting started and is likely to crash often. It also has a very good range (100m) and flight time (8-10 minutes) considering that it costs less than $200.
The JJRC H26WM is a great drone for beginners or those who want a casual drone to zip around with. The camera is pretty decent but nothing too fancy, so don’t expect the world from it. The maximum amount of flight time you can get is approximately 7 minutes, so having an extra battery is a good idea. The camera allows for 2MP in FPV which swings around in all directions.
Toy drones are limited by radio signal strength and therefore can’t go higher than around 300 feet or less. Camera drones (specifically drones from DJI) are capable of flying up to 1500 feet above the takeoff point, however the legal height limit for drones in the USA is 400 feet. If you are in a county where you can go higher, some drones (mainly drones with wings can reach heights of 10,000 feet and higher.

When the AR Drone 2.0 first came out, it was one of the coolest drones for sale on the market. It has a 1GHz 32 bit processor, 1GB of ram, gyros, accelerometers, magnetometers, a pressure sensor, an ultrasonic sensor, 2 cameras and more. Even though it’s over 2 years old, the AR Drone is still one of the most advanced quadcopters available in its price range which is $299.

As it is under 250 grams, you can fly it in the US or Canada without registration. The drone offers support for 12 MP aerial photographs with 2.7K quad HD videos. The 3-axis gimbal offers good camera stability and ultra-smooth footage. There are many shooting modes, such as Dronie, Circle, Helix, Rocket and so on. This is a GREAT little drone...Another winner from Holy Stone! Incredible technology in a tiny, fun package! The description says that this is a drone for the kids...and so it is...even if the "kid" happens to be nearly sixty! It is easy to fly, with the altitude hold function which keeps it set at whatever height you want. Headless mode is good for new pilots; you don't have to pay much attention to which way the drone is headed so forward is always away from you and back is always toward you, right is always right and left is always left. (One caveat to that...once the drone is paired to the transmitter at the beginning of each flight, don't move or turn around, and always keep the drone in front of you, in your field of vision.) Once you've got the flight mechanics mastered in Headless mode, you can free ... full review

If the Mavic 2 Pro didn’t exist, I would say this is obviously the best drone of all time. It’s not as compact as the Mavic Air, but the extra features more than make up for it. It’s a true workhorse, which is probably why DJI created an enterprise drone based on the Mavic 2 Zoom. There’s really nothing I can find to complain about with the Mavic 2 Zoom other than the fact that the Mavic 2 Pro has better video quality. But if that extra bump in quality isn’t worth the extra $250, go with the Mavic 2 Zoom.

Drones have many uses, but most people use them as flying cameras. You can capture amazing videos and photos thanks to the advances in camera quality and the invention of brushless camera gimbals. Drones are also used for many industrial applications such as: search and rescue missions, fire fighting, police operations, wildlife monitoring, crop surveying, crop dusting, structure inspections, 3D map generation, professional video production, controllable lighting, signal repeating, and communication.

You will need 6 AA batteries for the remote itself, so make sure you stock up!
You should choose a drone that automatically returns when the battery is low, allowing you to avoid losing or crashing the device. This feature is called RTH for "return to home." Flight time can be as short as five minutes. It depends on the model. Most people will want at least 10 minutes of flight time. You can find models with a flight time as high as 35 minutes.
This quadcopter for sale packs quite a punch. The battery allows for up to 28 minutes of flying with a very reasonable recharge time. The outdoors positioning module consists of both GPS and GLONASS for better accuracy and stability when in the air, with a top speed of 45mph.
While it does not have a whole lot of features, Orientation mode is pretty useful. It ensures that your drone stays within connection range and won’t fly off on you. This helps to reduce the weight of the drone, thus enabling longer flights. More importantly, this feature enables camera upgrades when there are advances in the technology. Perhaps your gift to mom or dad next year will be just such an upgrade.
This is truly a fantastic headset for gaming. I'm really happy with the audio and mic quality and the build is very comfortable for long sessions. Beyond a mute button for the mic, there is no control panel for the device to control the volume and other settings; all that has to be done through your pc/console. Things to note for PS4 specifically are the lack of surround sound functionality when using this headset with the system and also the headset by default uses microphone monitoring. This feature provides real time feedback of your own voice and other sounds in the mics radius to let the user gauge their own voice volume, this is a helpful way to counter your inability to hear your natural voice due to noise cancelation. If this is a feature you don't like than know that the PS4 can't turn it off for this specific ... full review
